Presentation of contest projects of residential houses in the frame of program “Affordable housing” held at International Expoforum “Building. Architecture. Real Estate”
On the 16th of September the KyivExpoPlaza exhibition center hosted the presentation of contest projects of residential buildings in the frames of the program “Affordable housing”.
The following officials participated in the presentation: Petro S. Shyliuk, president of Construction Chamber of Ukraine, Dmytro Y. Andriievskyi, first deputy head of the Committee of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on construction, city planning and communal living, Stanislav T. Stashevskyi, vice president of Construction Chamber of Ukraine, Yurii V. Husiev, deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine, and Serhii O. Kimnatnyi, acting chairman of the board of the State fund for fostering youth residential construction.
The event was opened by Petro S. Shyliuk, who mentioned that Construction Chamber of Ukraine was fruitfully cooperating with the program “Affordable housing” for over 10 years, and that representatives of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) were going to financially support the program soon.
The program “Affordable housing” implies coverage of up to 30% of the loan by the state funds. In the nearest future the main novelty of the program will be possibility to reimburse the loan at the expense of the state for anti-terrorist operation (ATO) participants and in-migrants from Donbas region.
The demonstration started with the presentation of the contest project of DBK 4, PAT in prospect Nauky in Kyiv, which included two buildings, a heating unit building and a playground for children.
Also, projects of Hiprotsyvilprombud PAT, Tsentrbudproekt TOV, Institute of Projecting TOV, Forma PV MNTP and Kyivproekt-M TOV were presented. All of them were awarded with the contest participant diplomas.
The contest committee consisted of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Comunal Living of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
General organizer of the event was Kyiv International Contract Fair, Ltd., member of Construction Chamber of Ukraine, and the partner of the event was Construction Chamber of Ukraine itself.
