Plans of housing development of Kyiv region presented at Marathon of Projects
The second day of the Marathon of Projects – the 17th of September – was devoted to presentation of general layouts and projects of construction of residential complexes, cottage houses, shopping malls and schools in Kyiv region.
Andrii Malafeiev, chairman of the supervisory council of MA Group, and Khvicha Meparishvili, advisor to Kyiv region governor delivered their welcome speeches to the Marathon participants.
The series of reports was started by Nataliia Moshynska, chief architect of Kyiv region, who presented materials of work of Kyiv region for 2014-2015 and told about the prospects of work in the closest future. During hew report “Course of administrative reform in Kyiv region”, Nataliia Moshynska underlined that during 2014 and 2015 project documentation was developed intensively, which was known to be very important for realization of any project. That was supplemented with the example of the plan of communities uniting, prospective plan – the document lying underneath the administrative reform and developed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, as well as general layouts of communities and other documents.
When developing the prospective plan, all data of the regions and districts had been taken into account, e.g. availability of schools, the number of inhabitants, etc. The data was an instrument for tactical modeling.
Nataliia Moshynska expressed gratitude to design organizations for their fruitful cooperation and help to local government bodies.
Demonstration materials were presented by Snizhana Pavlova, chief architect of Boryspil region. She noticed that at the time the update of the district’s general layout was urgent. Her presentation included numerous perspective projects that were being built or ready for construction, among which were: logistics complexes of «RIDI Group and Biocon, residential block “Novoseltseve”, a secondary school etc.
Olena Zbaratska, chief architect of the Proekthenplan company, demonstrated the slides with general layouts of the villages of Velyks Snitynka, Borova, Kopyliv and Severynivka. While the plans were being fulfilled, the main tasks were:
- construction of kindergartens and schools;
- organization of public transportation routes;
- recultivation of illegal dumping and garbage;
- organization of landscape parks territories;
- increase of the number of social infrastructure institutions.
