Main autumn construction forum of Ukraine is open!
Today, at 11:00 in the KyivExpoPlaza exhibition center the official opening of the International Expoforum “Building. Architecture. Real Estate”.
In the official ceremony of the Expoforum opening the following guests took part:
- Roman R. Abramovskyi, deputy Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Communal Living of Ukraine;
- Dmytro Y. Andriievskyi, deputy head of Committee of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on construction, city construction and communal living;
- Petro S. Shyliuk, president of Construction Chamber of Ukraine;
- Volodymyr I. Reva, president of Ukrainian Ceramics Association;
- Oleg P. Koval, general director of Kyiv International Contract Fair, Ltd., the organizer o the Expoforum.
Guests and participants of the Expoforum noted the high level of its organization and underlined its inarguable significance for the development of construction industry and economy of Ukraine.
Within the three days of the Expoforum work, exclusive events will be held having no analogs in Ukraine.
Also, right now the Marathon of Projects, a unique event for the Expoforum participants, is running. At the Marathon, about 50 projects of prospective build-up of Kyiv and Kyiv region are presented. During the three days non-stop, the leading architects will present the projects of residential and public buildings, as well as social objects, construction of which is scheduled for 2016-2018.
The Marathon was opened by Serhii Tselovalnyk, chief architect of Kyiv, while tomorrow Nataliia Moshynska, chief architect of Kyiv region, will be delivering her speech in front of the visitors. The famous top architects of the districts of Kyiv region take part in the Marathon along with the heads of the major architecture organizations and studios.
Parallel to the Marathon of Projects, the presentation of the program “Affordable housing” has started, organized by Construction Chamber of Ukraine.
Starting from 13:00 at the INTERNATIONAL DAYS OF DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURE FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER in the frames of the Expoforum, the workshops of the best national and international designers and architects are held. During the three days non-stop, Architects from the UK, Poland and Ukraine will share the secrets of making projects a success (September, 16-18, Design Innovation zone).
The International Expoforum “Buildig. Architecture. Real Estate” is held under support of:
