Landscape Spring contest at Ukraine’s largest construction exhibition InterBuildExpo 2016

On the closing day of the InterBuildExpo 2016 construction forum, the final and winners awarding ceremony of the contest for landscape industry professionals Landscape Spring took place.

The contest was organized by Kyiv International Contract Fair and the Landscape and Architecture magazine.

Tasks of the contest were:

• Stimulation of creative findings and achievements when designing and realizing modern landscape object;
• Promotion of advanced technologies, equipment, materials and components used in works on landscape design;
• Increase of ecological safety, environment quality, improvement of aesthetic state of landscapes;
• Public recognition of professional achievements of landscape industry professionals;
• Raise of prestige of landscape designer profession.

At the awarding ceremony the organizers of the contest were present, among which were Olha Kamolikova, editor in chief of the Landscape and Architecture magazine, Oksana Kukhar, landscape designer, member of Designers Union of Ukraine; Halyna Diuhovska, member of Designers Union of Ukraine and member of Artists Union of Ukraine.

The Landscape Spring contest was held in the nominations “Construct your garden” and “Garden in miniature”.

Winners of the contest will be announced a little later at the official website of the InterBuildExpo forum and its social network pages.
