Best architects of Kyiv present works at Marathon of Projects opening

Tetiana Hryhorova, chief architect of BIP-PM, presented the project of residential complex Bulvar Fontaniv and the project of a kindergarten in the residential complex Novopecherski Lypky. The company has got impressive experience in working with both local and international partners of all kinds of ownership, which mainly targeted projecting and organization of construction in Ukraine and abroad.

Large number of projects were presented to the audience by Serhii Yunakov, Honored Architect of Ukraine, head of Yunakov Architects. The most known objects of the company included: Solomianska city district state administration, road interchange near Dorohozhychi metro station, reconstruction of Ukraina department store building. The photo slides presented by the speaker demonstrated projects of hotels, office centers and shopping malls that were being developed by Yunakov Architects.

Oleksii Bubnov, executive director of Ukrainian association of window and facade market participants told about modern requirements to projecting main units of translucent glass constructions.

Vitalii Vasiahin, head of architect studio Vitalii Vasiahin is a representative of the younger generation of architects not hesitating to experiment with forms, spaces, height. Among the already realized projects of his are the wonderful residential complex PecherSKY and an office building at Dovnar Zapolskoho Str. Vitalii Vasiahin presented the project of reconstruction of a building into an office center, as well as reconstruction of buildings of the plant Rele i Avtomatyka into office centers.

Yevhen Fadieiev, general director of Firma Rubezh, TOV spoke on the topic “Ways of developing solutions on fire safety of any category”.

After him, Ihor Aleksandrovych, creative director of KRAMALL STUDIO, and Serhii Dobrovynskyi, chief architect of Hiprotsyvilprombud, PAT took the floor.

The Marathon of Projects is a unique and significant event for the Expoforum “Building. Architecture. Real Estate”. During its first day of work, about 20 projects of perspective city construction were presented. Construction of those projects was scheduled to start in the closest future. All architects were glad to present their projects to the professional audience and profit from communication with the leading architects and constructors of Kyiv. Once again, the Expoforum confirmed its status of the important communication platform, the task of which was to unite the best architects, designers and constructors of the city of Kyiv and Ukraine.
