Best architects of Kyiv present works at Marathon of Projects opening
On the 16th of September, at the Expoforum “Building. Architecture. Real Estate” the Marathon of Projects started its work.
The first to speak at the event were Andrii Malafieiev and Serhii Tselovalnyk.
After them, prospects of development of the historic part of the city in the context of preserving buildings were considered by Viktor Shyriaiev, chief architect of the Institute “Misktsyvilproekt”. “Earlier, nobody paid much attention to this topic, and it has grown into a kind of a problem. Normative base on heritage preservation existing at the moment, does not take into account the amount of buildings available. Now a new historic and architectural key plan is being developed that will cover all nuances of our city construction”.
The next presentation was held by Andrii Pashenko, head of architecture studio “A.Pashenko”. Some of his most famous works already implemented: business center “Toronto”, business park on Dnipro embankment, hotels “Holiday Inn Kiev”, “Leipzig”, “Radisson”, residential complex “Novopecherski Lypky” and many other large objects around the city. At the Marathon of Projects, Andrii Pashenko offered the audience the concept of the 3rd construction stage of the shopping mall “Ocean Plaza”. Moreover, he shared details of the project “Frantsuzkyi Kvartal 2” and yet another project of a shopping mall.
After Andrii Pashenko, Andrii Myrhorodskyi, head of the company Proektni Systemy, LTD, presented the project of reconstruction of Hostynyi Dvir, Mystetskyi Arsenal, Mariinskyi park and a residential complex in the central part of Kyiv.
The projects of the architect studio “Yu. Borodkin” were introduced by Yurii Borodkin, head of the company. He shared some information on his projects of a residential complex and a residential house.
Visitors and guests of the Marathon of Projects showed much interest to the report of Volodymyr Shevchuk, head of marketing department at Barlinek Invest, TOV. He dwelt on the topic of using wooden floor covering in public interiors.
