Lev Revazovych Partskhaladze, Deputy Minister of regional development, construction and communal living of Ukraine, and Petro Stepanovych Shyliuk, President of Construction Chamber of Ukraine, Hero of Ukraine, addressed the audience with a greeting speech. They defined the tasks, the industry is facing, and expressed their hope that investment climate in the construction industry will improve.
