Energy saving and alternative energy – innovative solutions at International Expoforum “Building. Architecture. Real Estate”

For all visitors of the Expoforum, the practical seminar was held by the professionals of the sphere of alternative energy. At present, the topic of alternative energy is very urgent in Ukraine. Everywhere in the world there are certain approaches to this matter, with the help of which consumption of energy is reduced. While using alternative sources of energy, the mankind takes care not only of itself, but also of environment surrounding it.

The first to speak was Mykola Savchuk, director of GresaGroup, TOV, member of the World Wind Energy Association, Association of participants of alternative fuel and energy market of Ukraine, Ukrainian Pellet Union. He spoke on the topic “Practical use of alternative energy; heating and energy saving in cottage and individual construction as an instrument of increasing sales and optimizing maintenance cost”. The speaker said the main goal of developers was to decrease energy dependency of residential buildings. Further, Mykola Savchuk dwelt on the most wide-spread kinds of electric heating, which were currently used in Ukraine. Another important part of the report was the normative base, “green” tariffs in particular, according to which electricity produced using alternative energy sources was bought. After his presentation the speaker answered all questions that developers, designers and other people were interested in.

Ivan Perehynets, chairman of public organization “Institute of affordable housing”, corresponding member of Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, candidate of technical sciences, spoke next. He told the audience about economic efficiency of using energy saving technologies at construction of buildings and cottage towns.

The following speaker Oleh Sirotkin told about energy saving technologies in construction using aerated concrete AEROC.

Seminar participants were pleased to listen to the report of Volodymyr Mudrak for the topic “Profile systems for houses with low energy consumption and passive houses”.

After that, the considered topics were “How insulated glazing influences energy consumption” from the Glass Trash company and “Complex heat insulation of houses” from Andrii Postolenko, senior technical consultant at the Ursa company. Adjustment of engineering systems of a private house and innovative solutions for alternative energy sources were discussed during the presentation of Oleksandr Zhuravliov, delegate of the representation office of Oventrop GmbH & Co KG» in Ukraine.

The last topic offered to the public was “Biopolymers as a new technology in construction” by Serhii Bormotov, director of Pentalac, TOV.

All participants of the practical seminar confirmed topicality of the event, as the best and renowned scientists and representative of the leading companies dwelt on the most actual topics of energy saving and alternative energy there.
